This tie dye has been created on a 100% cotton skirt, Fashion Bug brand. (This is a brand new skirt, never worn; this is not second-hand.) The skirt has multiple front panels divided by a decorative trim. Lower hem of skirt is made of ruffles. The band of the skirt is elastic & also contains a drawstring for a snug fit.
