This tie dye has been created on a 100% cotton mini skirt, Grass Collection brand. (This is a brand new skirt, never worn; this is not second-hand.) The skirt has a small row of ruffles just below the waistband and a decorative trim near the bottom hem. The band of the skirt is elastic & also contains a drawstring for a snug fit.
