This tie dye has been created on a 100% cotton "twirl" skirt for toddlers.
It is a full-circle skirt; meaning it's a big circle of fabric with a hole in the middle which makes the skirt twirly and fun. The waist is made of a flat hem in the front with elastic in the back.
